Terms & Conditions for International Packages

  • Standard Check in Time of all the International Hotels is 14.00 – 15.00 hrs. In case if you reach hotel early you need to wait at the lobby till the check in time. We can request the hotel regarding early check in but it will be subject to availability.

  • In case you need guaranteed early check in, then we need to book accommodation from previous night

  • In all the destination Base category room will be given in the quote, please let us know if you need higher category rooms

  • Many Countries  have Compulsory Tourism fee to be paid by guest at the time of Checkout at hotel, please cross check the amount at the time of booking

  • All guests are advised to purchase a local  SIM card from airport or Make your number roaming, without number it will be difficult to coordinate

  • Some hotels ask for Refundable Security deposit, Guest Should pay the same at the time of check in

  • Guest should be ready at Hotel lobby before 15 min of schedule Departure for Tours & Transfers.

  • If someone misses above SIC/PRIVATE transfers, they have to do own transfer (at own expenses) to Hotel/Tours/Airport.

  • No refund will be made for unutilized services

  • Any Hotel Once booked cannot be changed, please go through the Hotels Website and Trip Advisor reviews of the Hotel before booking the hotel.

  • Confirmation on mail to book the package is mandatory, please check all the details before confirming the tour

  • Above rates may fluctuate at the time of booking as International Hotel rates are fluctuating so request you to please try to confirm as soon as possible

  • Once booking is made, all tours and transfers will be fixed and tickets will be issued, any changes in the schedule cannot be made

  • Mauzee Holiday Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, flights cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.

  • Voucher will be issued after receipt of full payment

  • In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.

Visa Policies:-

  • If applying Visa with us, we request you to please arrange the necessary documents at least a week before the normal processing time

  • Documents list will be provided by us, with specific photo sizes depending on country, please make sure the Pictures and Documents are proper as any mistake can get the visa delayed and there will be also chances of rejection

  • The decision to grant or refuse a visa is the sole prerogative of Immigration Department of Respective Countries . Mauzee Holiday Tours & Travels cannot have any influence on the same issue

  • Visa Once applied is chargeable irrespective of issuance or rejection by the immigration Department of Respective Countries

Cancellation policy for Packages:-

  • Date of booking to 30 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost

  • 30 to 15 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost

  • 15 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost

  • 0 to 7 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 100% of the tour cost. No refund shall be given

  • In Peak season Cancellation policy is subject to change. It depends on the hotel policy.

  • While giving quote if we have mentioned Hotel as Non Refundable (NRF) then it will be fully non refundable once it is booked, we cannot even change the Travel Date after booking it

Cancellation policy for Flights:-

  • All cancellation / reissue charges of the flights will depend on the airline policy, please let us know if you need the cancellation charges in advance please let us know. Once flight is booked then the cancellation policy depends on the airline


Terms & Conditions for Domestic Packages 

  • Standard Check in Time of all the Domestic Hotels is 14.00 hrs. In case if you reach hotel early you need to wait at the lobby till the check in time. We can request the hotel regarding early check in but it will be subject to availability.

  • In case you need guaranteed early check in, then we need to book accommodation from previous night

  • In all the destination Base category room will be given in the quote, please let us know if you need higher category rooms

  • Vehicle timing will be from morning 10.00am till 07.00pm for the tour, driver will drop you at hotel by 07.00pm

  • Guest should be ready at Hotel lobby before 10 min of schedule Departure for Tours & Transfers.

  • No refund will be made for unutilized services

  • Any Hotel Once booked cannot be changed, please go through the Hotels Website and Trip Advisor reviews of the Hotel before booking the hotel.

  • In case of Snowfall, we will try our best to make sure you reach your next destination. But if it is required to stay enroute then client will need to pay the accommodation on actual

  • Certain states have taxi union rule for sightseeing such as Rohtang Pass (Himachal), Pahalgam & Sonmarg (Kashmir) At these places guest have to pay directly for the said sightseeing

  • All Entrance fees to any monuments or parks will be paid by the guest

  • Heater Charges if required will be paid by the guest

  • If there is less occupancy in Hotel than Buffet will be cancelled and Ala Carte Menu will be served

  • In any case food will not be served in guest room, guest have to come to restaurant to have food

  • Any increase in fuel price, Taxes package cost will be increase, which may come into effect prior to departure.
